What is CLC Friends and Family?
& How does Free Line Rental For Life Work?
Recommend your friends and family and receive up to £35 for each successful applicant that signs up for a 'pay monthly' handset. Simply by recommending one person each month we will pay one month’s line rental for you, in effect you could have
“Free Line Rental For Life.”
The more people you recommend the more free line rental you will get.CLC Friends and Family payments only apply when recommending customers on a new contract and not on upgrading existing ones.
How do I refer my friends/family?
Collect your friends and family loyalty pack in-store and fill in the vouchers with your name, address, email and mobile number. Then pass this on to all your friends and family. For every successful recommendation received we will automatically update your account and pay you one month’s line rental back.
You will be updated every month to let you exactly how well you’re doing.
When will I receive my money?
You will be sent a cheque automatically for the amount due approximately after 6 months of your referred customer’s sale date. You will be notified once the cheque has been processed - this is to ensure that the order has not been cancelled.
What if I recommend more than one person per month?
That’s not a problem -The more people you recommend, the more money you get.
Terms & Conditions
Maximum money refunded towards your line rental will be £35 regardless of your tariff charge.
Customers paying less than £35 line rental will only be refunded the actual line rental. I.e. customers paying £20 p/m will only be refunded £20 towards their line rental.
Your refunds will only be allocated to you for customers connecting to pay monthly contracts and excludes:
- any cash back offers
- offers with free gifts of monetary value
- Sim free or pay as you go deals Repairs or Accessories
- other non mobile products
Line rental will only be refunded once the referred customer has paid 6 direct debits to the network which they are registered with.
Line rental can only be refunded once CLC have received a completed voucher with your details.
